Our Training Programs

We offer both conventional and cadet pilot training programs tailored to produce confident, regulation-compliant aviators.

  • Conventional Pilot Training — Full syllabi meeting DGCA requirements, delivered through structured ground and flying phases.
  • ⁠Cadet Program — Focused pathways for aspiring professional pilots with structured training and in-house placement assistance upon completion.

Timeframe: Minimum time to complete 200 flying hours is typically 12–15 months.

Fleet & Maintenance

  • ⁠Single-Engine Aircraft: 5
  • ⁠Multi-Engine Aircraft: 1
All aircraft are supported by in-house maintenance facilities at both Vadodara and Amreli bases to ensure safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.

Training Bases

  • Vadodara (Controlled Aerodrome): Primary operating base with navigation aids and full ground-school availability.
  • ⁠Amreli (Uncontrolled Aerodrome): Secondary operating base offering practical flying exposure in different traffic environments. Ground school is available at both bases.

Instructors & Staff

Our training team comprises qualified instructors (currently 9 instructors) and 2 designated examiners, delivering thorough, syllabus-driven instruction with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Facilities & Student Support

  • ⁠Optional accommodation is available at both Vadodara and Amreli bases for outstation students.
  • ⁠In-house maintenance ensures aircraft availability and adherence to DGCA standards.

Placements & Career Support

We provide an in-house placement mechanism for our cadets, including opportunities to continue with the Club as flight instructors upon successful completion of training and meeting eligibility criteria.
